Seeing how lives are being changed through the power of the Holy Spirit.

Sleeping and Starbucks!

To one day look back and know that New Hope Leeward has done exactly what God has called us to do in our families, our community and across the world.

Hanging out with my family and enjoying everything God has created for us (especially food!)

What do you enjoy most about serving at NHL?
I love that the only thing you can expect is the unexpected! Our church is full of people that will do anything to make Jesus famous and so everyday brings something new.
What is your dream for our church?
I dream of a day when everyone on the leeward side is awestruck by the great things God has done through this church to impact the community. Whether they go to our church or not, they would say, "Wow, there is something truly
supernatural that God has done through NHL!"
What do you enjoy doing for fun?
Reading, exercise and spending time family

What do you enjoy most about serving at NHL?
Seeing people's lives transform as they become actively CONNECTED into God's ohana whether it be by realizing their passions through serving, 'doing life with others' in 'ohana groups or impacting the world through participation in an outreach or mission.
What is your dream for our church?
That God would use our church as a major spiritual force to impact countless number of lives in our community for Christ and make His name famous on the Leeward side!
What do you enjoy doing for fun?
Hanging with friends over a good meal (of course!), traveling and, did I mention eating?

What do you enjoy most about serving at NHL?
Kingdom camaraderie is always enjoyable and exciting! The idea that we as imperfect people get to joyfully partner with one another and bring honor and glory to a perfect God ... What greater privilege is there?
What is your dream for our church?
To see NHL become a "well" that multitudes from the entire leeward side would come and "drink" from to receive restoration, refreshing and refining.
What do you enjoy doing for fun?
Horsing around with my kids and my grandkids, hitting the gym whenever my schedule allows and sneaking away with my wife to a movie. Incidentally, she tries to put the moves on me when the lights go out in the theater, but you didn't hear that from me!

Serving at NHL is so exciting, it is never predictable and requires flexibility. It keeps me young!
What is your dream for our church?
That we continue to follow the pillar of fire, be obedient servants, and enjoy the blessings of our Lord

I love to spend time with my family, and I love to be outdoors (beach, water park, etc.)

What do you enjoy most about serving at NHL?
The best part about serving at NHL is easy...it's the people! We have the most genuine, loving people at our church and it's a joy serving them!
What is your dream for our church?
My dream is that everyone who walks through our doors would accept Christ and live a close, passionate life with Him.
What do you enjoy doing for fun?
I enjoy making my wife laugh, watching reruns of "M.A.S.H." or "Taxi", and surfing when I get the chance.

The thing I enjoy the most about serving at NHL is the loving friendships I am blessed with. These friendships are for life!

The most favorite thing I love to do for fun is go on a date with my husband.

What do you enjoy most about serving at NHL?
The church family, the new friends I have made, sharing the power of God's love to the keiki in the Ark and the reward of "sowing seeds" for the Lord.
What is your dream for our church?
I want our church to be known as a place where everyone feels welcomed and they have an opportunity to see God's unconditional love first hand.
What do you enjoy doing for fun?
Fun?? I have two beautiful kids (Cody and Cayla), a wonderful and supportive husband (Mike)…who has time for fun? Fun for me is playing in the keiki pool, building sand castles at the beach, arts and craft on Tuesday nights, movie night on Fridays and dinner that I do not have to cook.

I love the hearts behind the servants here at NHL. I have been part of other churches and never seen so many generous people--sincerely willing to help in anyway they can!
What is your dream for our church?
My dream for NHL is that my children would grow in the Lord at this church and that someday they would say that NHL is where they want their children to grow up in the Lord!
What do you enjoy doing for fun?
My favorite pastime is going to a good movie and sharing a big box of buttered popcorn with my wife!
