Fearless Small Group Campaign:
Duration:  8 weeks (4 different days to choose from) Sun, Tue, Wed, or Thur
Starts: Week of January 17, 2010
Fear is a bully and a thief.  It pushes away love, joy, peace and it steals your identify.  We’re never really free until we’re free from fear.  In this eight-week spiritual growth campaign you will learn how to rise above your fears to live fearlessly!  Learn the difference between good fear and bad fear, how to step out in spite of your fears, and find the courage to live life with no regrets.

PURE DESIRE

DESCRIPTION: There is a battle going on for the soul of men.  Learn how to break free from sexual temptation.  Experience freedom, learn how to protect yourself, and learn how to help others face their struggles.  Join a group of men that are united in love for God, love for their brothers, and belief that God really does make a difference in our lives.

LOVE AND RESPECT

INSTRUCTORS:  Kent & Elisabeth Kitagawa, New Hope Leeward Marriage Ministry DESCRIPTION: A wife has one driving need to feel loved. When that need is met, she is happy. A husband has one driving need to feel respected. When that need is met, he is happy. When either of these needs isn't met, things get crazy. Love and Respect reveals why spouses react negatively to each other, and how they can deal with such conflict quickly, easily and biblically.

SAVING YOUR MARRIAGE BEFORE IT STARTS

DESCRIPTION:  There are seven questions every couple should ask before getting married.  Have you asked them?  Join this pre-married class where you can learn more about your spouse, your love language, how bridge the gender gap, effective communication, and how to cultivate life-long soul mate.   This class is a prerequisate to be married at New Hope Leeward.

STRAIGHT TALK FOR FAMILIES
Duration:  6 weeks
Starts:  Jan 28, 2010
INSTRUCTORS:  Bill & Kathleen Kumia
DESCRIPTION:  Every man and woman brings things of the past into their family.  Some things help and some things hurt.  You must know what things you bring into a relationship and how it affects your marriage, your kids, and your family. This interactive group discussion won’t talk around the issues, but will talk straight to the heart issues that are affecting your family.  You’ll find that love, trust, and intimacy are developed as you develop a love for the truth.
